Said board shall consist of five (5) members, at least two (2) men and two (2) women, and shall be elected or re-elected at the community annual meeting held on Memorial Day each year.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Said board, when elected, shall serve without compensation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"Apple-tab-span\"> <\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b>Section 2.<\/b><\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The said Cemetery Board shall be in charge and have the absolute control and management of the Cemetery.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The board shall make, from time to time, necessary rules and regulations for the operation, management, care, and custody of said cemetery, and the employment of a sexton or sextone, or such other employees or workman necessary for the proper care, maintenance, and beautifying of a cemetery.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"Apple-tab-span\"> <\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b>Section 3.<\/b><\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The Cemetery Board will provide an annual report each year, showing the receipts from all sources and disbursements made in the operation, maintenance, and beautifying of the cemetery under its charge for the preceding twelve months.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"Apple-tab-span\"> <\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b>Section 4.<\/b><\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The Cemetery Board in the exercise of its duties in making disposition of burial lots is authorized to execute deed or deeds conveying a title to the purchaser or other evidence of the title as deemed sufficient by the Cemetery Board, which deed or evidence of title shall be executed by (2) two members of the Board of Directors and attested by a Texas notary.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"Apple-tab-span\"> <\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b>Section 5.<\/b><\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The price of a grave plot in the Oklahoma Lane Cemetery shall be ($250.00) Two Hundred Fifty Dollars each plus the cost of filing the deed at the Parmer County Court House.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Headstones shall be required from the effective date hereof for each grave site throughout the Oklahoma Lane Cemetery.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>If a headstone is not placed at the grave site within one (1) year of interment, the Cemetery Association will be allowed to place a headstone at the grave site at its sole discretion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">\n<p class=\"p4\">\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Section 6.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Regulation of the Burial of Cremains and Bodies<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<span class=\"Apple-tab-span\"> <\/span><\/span>There shall be a maximum of (1) body buried in one space; In the case of cremation, one (1) body and two (2) cremains of (family members) may be interred in each space;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>or a maximum of four (4) cremains of (family members) and no body buried may be interred in each space.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\">Cremains must be buried in an urn and at least two (2) feet deep.
